Insurance
Reimbursement
Written monthly statements including the diagnosis and
the CPT codes for the insurance reimbursement are available upon request. I
strongly advise all the families to receive a written Prescription (Rx) from
the treating physician (pediatrician, orthopedist, etc) to be accompanied with
the statements to assure timely and accurate insurance reimbursement.
Cancellation
Policy Private sessions
Due to the high volume of clients and families, it
is imperative that you provide timely notification to change or cancel your
private appointment.
Our office requires 24 hour advance notice.
