Janet
Janet is a Certified Yoga instructor. She
holds MS in Structural Engineering and worked in a corporate world before
becoming a certified yoga teacher.
Janet
developed her passion for yoga when she turned to the practice as an
alternative treatment to heal her health problems. She believes that practicing
yoga has tremendously helped her physically and emotionally and believes that
yoga is beneficial for everyone.
She focuses on staying connected to the inner self with
an emphasis on breathing, developing body and mind awareness, as well as the
core strength, muscle tone, improved posture, balance and inner confidence.
Janet’s goal is to integrate the healing energies of Yoga to bring
harmony to the body and mind. She encourages her
students to listen to their bodies and work in a way that feels right and safe
while having fun.
