What your child needs for a yoga session
Please arrive early. Private sessions and Group Classes will begin promptly.
Please bring a Yoga mat. I have extra mats if needed.
- Large Blanket to cover your child for the relaxation part of the class.
- Comfortable clothing allowing movement. Girls can wear stretchy exercise/ yoga pants, sporty shorts. Boys - shorts, basketball pants. etc.
- Please encourage your child to use the bathroom just before the class to promote continuity and flow during the yoga session.
- It's
advisable to eat at least 2 hours before the class since the food does
interfere with the child's ability to stay focused and alert during
yoga poses and breathing exercises. If your child is hungry; give
him/her something light and easy to digest at least 30 minutes before
the session begins.
